OUR HOME STUDIO: A MODERN, BOHEMIAN, AND COMFORTABLE SPACE // MARYLAND BOUDOIR PHOTOGRAPHER
/I have some SUPER exciting news that I’ve have been DYING to share with you all!! I’ve been super quiet about what we’ve been working on for the last few months but we are SO stoked to be sharing this with you all today!! Boudoir is a huge part of my business, and if you’re a lady in our private Boudoir by Capture Legacy group on Facebook, you’ve been seeing subtle hints dropped along the way as to what was coming!
Over the last few years of shooting Boudoir, so many ladies have time and time again said that they are interested in a Bohemian feel whenever I’ve done a drawing, poll, or giveaway! So, after a long long time of planning and dreaming, we are finally able to open our own studio in a space that we believe is PERFECT for a more cozy, modern, and beautifully natural vibe!
We cannot believe how amazing everything has turned out and has wildly exceeded our expectations for how it would all come together! We owe an enormous thank you to our brother in law, Jack, my Dad Charles, and my Mom Barbara, for spending hours and hours helping us remodel! They laid the floor, helped hang pictures and curtains, and our very favorite piece — the custom bed frame made entirely by hand by Jack! These two have been so amazing in so many ways in our business from helping our vision for our studio become a reality, and also constructing our amazing backdrop for expo’s that we attend with The Elite Wedding Expo Maryland every year! We owe so much to them and hope that you all can appreciate the beautiful craftsmanship that we are so lucky to be able to take part in!
We had so much fun painting, making our custom desk and bench, ripping up the old green carpet that was in there (ahhh! we know!), and designing a space that fits not only our personalities but that we believe fits the clients that we love and adore! I am so excited to be able to open our doors and welcome ladies in to a more comfortable, personal, and relaxing space than ever! I can’t wait to work with many more ladies in the future and change the lives of so many women whether it’s in their journey to self love, celebrating a milestone, or a gift for someone special!
